Overview

Unique Medical is a medical centre that opened in 2016 and is now a leading medical services provider in the Cranbourne Area. We helped develop the Unique Medical brand through a brand style guide and integrated this throughout their marketing and web material. We also constructed a new website and back end management system that was integrated with the Best Practice System.

In partnership with the business, we were able to deliver an effective brand style guide aimed at establishing the business as a reputable industry leader. We built a back end management system to help manage the complex tasks associated with running a medical centre. This was integrated with the Best Practice medical system. We also launched a digital marketing campaign, social media and SEO strategy that achieved a number 1 google rank for the local search for Cranbourne and over 1k followers over 6 months, a huge achievement for a medical centre. Ultimately we were proud to measure a 20 person per day average coming from online measured over the first 3 months.

The Challenge

As a new medical center Unique Medical faced the challenge of breaking into a new market and establishing themselves as a reputable leader in the area. We also were tasked with creating a new management system.

The solution

We established a brand style guide and integrated this throughout all the marketing material and built a new responsive website. We focused on creating material and styles that would help facilitate trust and build their reputation through clear writing. We built a back end management system allowing staff and patients to better manage processes in accordance with their needs. This was also integrated with the industry standard Best Practice medical software. We then implemented a digital marketing campaign, social media and SEO strategy to facilitate awareness and grow community engagement around their brand.

The process

We worked closely from the beginning with Unique Medical to establish an idea of their business and their goals going into the future. We formulated questions that helped us understand their user while uncovering important behavior, needs, goals, and pains. We then used this data to build a solution that addressed the primary pains and needs of each user. We used iterative testing to smooth out any issues with the interface, content, and flow to arrive at a final prototype. We rely on Agile iterative testing loops,( ideate, build, test, iterate ) in order to arrive at the best outcome.
